At ZAN FAST FERRIES, our customers are the most important part of our business. This is why, during these unprecedented times, we want you to know what we are doing to make your journey as enjoyable as possible.

All of our ships have multiple hand washing facilities in public toilets . As well as this, all ZAN FAST ships offer ‘hand hygiene stations’ located in convenient places on deck. Our hand hygiene stations are free to use and members of staff can help direct you to the nearest station.

Our staff clean high contact areas regularly using high quality sanitisers and disinfecting chemicals approved by European standards. This includes everything from door handles and light switches, to table tops and the bar front. Not only will this help to safeguard against coronavirus (COVID-19) but it will also keep the ship fresh and clean throughout your journey

All travellers are asked to check themselves for coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms (a fever, a continuous cough, loss or change or taste/smell) before boarding by PORT HEALTH AUTHORITY. If a traveller is suspected to be showing signs or symptoms of coronavirus, they will be asked to return home and contact the health authorities to undertake a medical test.

  1. We kindly ask that travellers continue to wear a face mask during your journey with ZAN FAST FERRIES.
  2. Take time to read our posters on board highlighting the best hygiene practises during your travels.
  3. Remember to wash your hands regularly and dry thoroughly.
  4. Use tissues to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze and dispose of used tissues immediately.
  5. Remember to practise social distancing on board your ferry, staying at least one metre away from other passengers.
  6. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth (unless you’ve just washed your hands).

We’re offering a credit refund if you have to cancel your booking with ZAN FAST FERRIES during the coronavirus lockdown. This can be redeemed for future travel up until 30th September 2021.
